The forsythia has begun blooming, and the daphne started to open a day or two ago! The single crocus over by the mock orange bloomed, too. I'm not really a crocus fan, but maybe I should plant some this fall. More yellow ones by the mock orange? Purple ones by the daphne?
I don't know what these little white ones are. They opened in the last 5 days or so. I like the dots of green on the edges.
I pulled honeysuckle out of the front half of the smoke bush - getting up some roots - before it started what promises to be day-long rain.
